Troy Corporation has completed the acquisition of DBM Blending BV of Moerdijk, The Netherlands.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Included in the acquisition is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
"Troy is experiencing unprecedented growth,” said W Brian Smith, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Troy Corporation.
