allnex, a global leading supplier of industrial coating resins and additives, is proud to announce the formal establishment of allnex advanced Materials (Jiaxing) Co, Ltd.
In addition, allnex is to construct a world-class production base of environmentally-friendly high-performance resins, with the aim to promote green innovation and meet the growing demands of China and the global market on high-quality coatings, resins and additives.
The new production base is located in Dushan Port Economic Development Zone, Pinghu City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of about 100,000 square meters. With an initial constructional investment of US$200M, the new base will strictly abide by the world’s environmental protection standards, built into a world-class production base of industrial-environmental-protection resin. It is expected to be completed and put into production in 2022.
The project will be constructed in several phases with a total of 15 production lines; after completion, the main products including waterborne epoxy paint resins and curing agents, waterborne polyurethane resins, waterborne radiation curing resins, phenolic resins, polyester acrylic resins, amino resins, radiation curing resins and other special products, will be widely used in construction, home, high-speed rails, automotive, electronics, packaging inks and special-purpose coatings.
Miguel Mantas, Chief Executive Officer, said: "China is the largest single-country market and strategic base of allnex in the world.
