AP Thailand, the leader in Thailand’s property development industry, has teamed up with TOA Paint (Thailand), a leading fully-integrated supplier of building paint and construction materials, to deliver a good life for customers by selecting safe and environmentally friendly paint innovation.
Under the partnership, AP is able to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 1,012.88 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, which is equal to planting 588,880 trees, as both parties work together to reach the goal of Net Zero by the year 2050.
In this collaboration, Mr. Boonchai Jankrajanglerd, Chief Supply Chain Officer, AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., represented his company to accept the Green Mission Certificate for the ‘Most GHG Reduction Organization’ from Mr. Jatuphat Tangkaravakoon, CEO, TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. (pictured).
AP Thailand pays attention to every process of construction work under the concept of Green Construction. This includes the selection of quality paint from TOA to benefit from SuperShield’s house paint innovation, which helps reflect sun rays by up to 97.5%. The innovation ensures your house is better resistant to the weather while letting out up to 90% of heat, resulting in up to 5.5C lower interior temperature and less dependency on air conditioner, a cause of global warming. The collaboration represents another important step by AP in its drive for sustainable development under its ESG concept.
