Ashlandis introducing Strodex PK-86NV speciality phosphate ester surfactant, a new performance enhancing additive for waterborne architectural coatings.
"Compared to other products in the PK line, Strodex PK-86NV surfactant combines high active content with near-zero VOCs,” said Lisa Macron, Global Marketing Manager, Ashland coatings.
The product also contains no alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEOs) and is REACH compliant.
The product improves substrate wetting, increases gloss and enhances colour acceptance.
It can also serve as a co-dispersant in some formulations.
