Completion of JV agreement creates Flint Group Africa

Flint Group and Continental Printing Inks and Eagle Ink Systems have announced the completion of their joint venture agreement, which creates the now combined business, Flint Group Africa.

The transaction will allow Flint Group Africa to pursue a greater presence in this important and expanding continent.

"Flint Group and Continental Printing Inks are very pleased with this new partnership and the opportunities it presents to the customers in this important and growing region,” said Antoine Fady, CEO, Flint Group. Flint Group Africa is now the largest ink supplier in this growing market.
