FEICA Call for Papers

FEICA is looking for speakers to present at its European Adhesive & Sealant Conference 2013, held on 11-13 September in Izmir, Turkey.

Experts are kindly invited to share their knowledge and experience with an international audience of industry leaders and stakeholders. All timely subject matter and topics relevant to the adhesive and sealant industry will be considered by our Review Committee.

Topic Areas include:
Focus on Sustainable Development
Solutions for energy efficient processes and products to contribute to a better environment; a more efficient use of raw material resources; improvements to safeguard people’s health and safety in production, handling and use of adhesives & sealants; resource efficient technology, e.g. A&S contribution to sustainable construction; sustainable solutions in the use phase; social responsibility; focus on human and environmental health, e.g. safe adhesives in food contact packaging; safety and well-being.
Focus on New Product and Market Applications, Application technology
Drivers and trends, new applications in construction, electronics, medical, packaging, renewable energy and other markets/applications; equipment design and innovation;
Focus on Innovation, new Opportunities and Ideas, Technological Breakthroughs, Research & Development in and for the Adhesives and Sealants Industry
Emerging trends; significant and novel research results with a prospect for a tangible impact; increasing additional functionalities of adhesives and sealants (bond, seal and beyond); multi-stage bonding; open source innovation, de-bonding; nanotechnology; multi-stakeholder approach – working together with raw material suppliers, equipment providers and customers to enter a new market.
Focus on small & medium-sized adhesive and sealant companies
The entrepreneurial spirit of a small Adhesive-Sealant company; turning challenges to your advantage; promotion of smarter regulations.
