IMCD NV, a leading speciality chemicals and food ingredients distributor, is expanding its technical capabilities with the addition of a new coatings application laboratory in Istanbul, Turkey.
With a focus on paints, coatings & inks, this facility allows IMCD to build on the technical service it delivers to its customers in Turkey.
The purpose of the new laboratory will be to offer formulation guidance, innovative solutions to overcome technical challenges and product performance testing.
Furthermore, the new facility will provide the space for our experts to hold technical training sessions and customer seminars on the latest product trends and their applications.
This lab is IMCD’s 12th facility for Coatings & Construction worldwide.

The laboratory has been fitted with the latest equipment to support the formulation and performance testing of paints, coatings & inks.

This facility joins IMCD’s existing international network of laboratories for the Coatings & Construction, Personal Care, Lubricants, Home Care and I&I, Food & Nutrition and Pharmaceutical Business Groups.
IMCD now runs a total of 43 laboratories across EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific.
