Sheboygan Paint Company has promoted Josh Land has to Research & Development Group Leader. In this role, he will lead the R&D team in developing innovative coatings solutions for customers. He will oversee the work of chemists and technicians in the company’s Cedartown, GA, laboratory.
During his two-year tenure at Sheboygan Paint Company, Land has launched a fully commercialised product, established a partnership with Berry College to access on-campus lab technology and analytical tools, and added internal analytical tools for improved quality control of raw materials and faster development of new products.
A graduate of Berry College, Land holds a bachelor of science degree in chemistry. He earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Georgia Institute of Technology.
