Sto SE & Co. KGaA has acquired the remaining 49.9 % of shares in Viacor Polymer GmbH, based in Rottenburg am Neckar, Germany, from the previous minority owner.
Viacor Polymer GmbH has belonged to the Sto Group with 50.1 % since 2019, is already fully consolidated and employs 55 people. The company has a high level of development expertise as well as a diverse portfolio of interesting polyurethane-based products, in particular industrial flooring and car park coatings, as well as sports floor coatings.
