VMA-Getzmann GmbH is extending its wide range of Dispermat vacuum dissolvers with the highly flexible CHS vacuum system, designed specifically for large disposable and thin walled containers.
Single wall containers pails, kegs and buckets, as well as non standard containers can be secured in the vacuum system very quickly in just a few simple steps. The container is simply placed on the mobile system trolley and a fixing ring fitted from the top and screwed in place. The container is held firm, will not twist and is protected against damage. With the CHS vacuum cylinder placed over the disposable container on the system trolley, the CHS system is quickly ready for use.
The assembled CHS vacuum system is then positioned underneath the powerful Dispermat AE pilot plant vacuum dissolver (see image) and the dispersion process can begin. The dissolver disc is height adjustable, even with the vacuum cover in place.
