Vink Chemicals aquires 'parmetol', 'grotanol', 'grotamar' and further technical biocide brands from Schülke & Mayr GmbH

Vink Chemicals GmbH & Co KG recently acquired the product range of technical biocides, as well as Oil and Gas additives from schülke.

This is the next step in the growth of the German biocide formulator.

In addition to the well-established Vinkocide brands, Vink Chemicals, based in Kakenstorf (Hamburg), proudly adds former brands PARMETOL, GROTANOL and GROTAMAR from schülke to its product portfolio.

Technical Biocide and Fuel, Oil and Gas specialists (Product Development, Regulatory, Sales) of schülke are joining VINK as well and will play an important role in the company’s future growth.

At the production sites in Kakenstorf and Memmingen, Vink will continue to produce under the same high-quality standards and identical specifications as schülke did before.

The new expanded product range will open up new forward-looking and market-orientated strategies for Vink Chemicals in its most important business area and will further enhance the focus on the developing market in the Fuel, Oil and Gas industry.
