The Swiss mechanical engineering company Willy A. Bachofen AG (WAB) will take over partial activities of its former partner E.S.T. Projects and establish the new subsidiary WAB Israel Corp Ltd (WAB Israel) in Israel by July 1, 2023.
For more than 10 years, WAB has been represented by its committed and trustworthy partner E.S.T. Projects in the Israeli market. Now, CEO and owner of E.S.T. Projects, Yossi Gershenman, has decided to restructure his company activities to concentrate on environmental projects. To continue the strong representation in the technology market of Israel, WAB decided, together with the long-term employee of E.S.T. Projects, Dotan Nave, to establish the subsidiary WAB Israel and to continue the activities in Israel seamlessly. “Israel has always been a key market for WAB and we are dedicated to continuing this success story by providing first class products and services” states Erich Ermel, CEO of WAB-Group. WAB Israel is the sixth subsidiary after China, France, Germany, India and the USA.
Mr Dotan Nave is appointed Managing Director of WAB Israel and will be responsible for all activities of the new company from July 1, 2023. For more than 10 years, Dotan Nave has represented WAB in the Israeli market and has been in charge of sales and technical support. He has a Degree in Industrial and Business Management and extensive experience as Practical Engineer. “With the foundation of WAB Israel we can focus even better on the needs of our customers and strengthen our position as experts in mixing, milling and process technologies” explains Dotan Nave, Managing Director of WAB Israel, the strategy of the company.
WAB Israel will take over the exclusive distributorship from E.S.T. Projects for all products and services supplied by the following companies:
- • Willy A. Bachofen AG (WAB), Switzerland (agitator bead mills and 3D shaker mixers)
- • SEPR – Saint-Gobain ZirPro, France (grinding beads, blasting media)
- • HECKER WERKE GmbH, Germany (sealing solutions)
- • Latham International Ltd, United Kingdom (filtration equipment)
