Net income for the fourth quarter of 2011 was US$26.4M, or US$0.53/diluted share, (US$21.9M or US$0.44/ diluted share, yr-on-yr), net revenue increased 21% yr-on-yr; gross profit margin improved 50 basis points yr-on-yr despite ongoing raw material cost inflation and was essentially unchanged from the prior quarter; and operating income was up 36% yr-on-yr.
Full-year 2011 highlights included: net revenue increased by nearly 15% yr-on-yr, operating income increased nearly 24% yr-on-yr; adjusted diluted EPS(1) grew 19% yr-on-yr.
