Emerald Kalama Chemical, a business unit of Emerald Performance Materials, has announced the appointment of Sharon Chung as K-Flex Product Line Manager for Asia. Chung fills a new position to support the growing demand for the K-Flex products and will be responsible for K-Flex sales and operations throughout the region. She will be located in the company’s offices in Hong Kong.
The K-Flex product line features phthalate-free plasticisers and coalescents that offer multiple performance benefits for adhesives, sealants, coatings, vinyl, plastisol and other end-uses. The company currently manufactures its K-Flex product line in Kalama, Washington, USA and is commissioning its newest operation in Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
