CRGI meetings motivate members

At the May Coatings Research Group Inc meeting in Washington, DC, members from four continents came together for the Board of Directors Annual Meeting and a Bi-Annual Sales and Marketing Conference. In this member-driven meeting, participants presented some of their most effective marketing campaigns and showcased their media and incentive programmes.
Guest speaker Adam Kleinberg of Traction Co conducted a working session, ‘Evolving Marketing Programs in a Connected World’. Mr Kleinberg’s clients include Intel, Apple and Bank of America. The meeting was hosted by Casey McCormick, President of the CRGI Board of Directors and President of McCormick Paint Works Company in Rockville, Maryland.
CRGI was established in 1956 for the benefits of shared R&D provided to its members. CRGI operates a laboratory in Cleveland, OH, USA, which is accredited as an ISO 17025 testing laboratory. CRGI also operates the certification programme, Green Wise, to test and certify paint for high standards of performance and environmental responsibility.
