Cytec Industries has started up a production line located in Fengxian, Shanghai, China to produce, among other products, Cyasorb Cynergy V703 stabiliser, the latest UV stabilisation solution for automotive TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) compounds.
Cyasorb Cynergy V703 provides enhanced UV protection to plastics for car interior and exterior parts, has low VOC, minimises fogging in automotive TPO and improves the UV durability of soft touch TPO in automotive interiors.
"This new facility will enable faster and more efficient supply to our customers in Asia Pacific,” said HK Chi, sales director Polymer Additives for Asia Pacific. Mr Chi added: "We remain committed to fulfil our customers’ needs for high performance UV protection solutions."
