Datacolor announces new industrial colour solutions support website

24 April 2013

Datacolor has launched an enhanced website focused on providing customers optimal support. Featuring a responsive design that is seamlessly viewable on a computer, tablet or smartphone, the new website provides customers easy-to-find, reliable product support as well as access to downloads, video tutorials, and educational resources.

This latest website upgrade presents users with an option to ‘ask an expert’, a feature that ensures messages are sent to the Datacolor specialist who can respond to users’ specific questions with the best and most timely response. In addition to streamlining the support process, the website also serves as a home for learning programs such as user courses for specific products, colour seminars and onsite or online training. Users will also find an intuitive, comprehensive video tutorial section, providing insight for colour specialists through e-learning lectures and how-to guides.

The revamped website accompanies the recently announced ‘Color Competence’ webinar series hosted by Datacolor senior application specialists, designed to distribute high-value content to busy colour professionals. The first series of weekly 45min webinars features topics focused on the sources and effects of common color mistakes and the best practices to avoid them and runs from April 2 – May 7, 2013. Attendees will interact with the speakers in a Q&A format and will be eligible to receive 10% off the registration price of a live Essentials of Color Management Seminar.

"Datacolor strives to continue to evolve as a key resource and support system for color professionals,” says Milagros Watts, Datacolor Application Manager. "Providing a complimentary addition to the exciting webinar line up, the more robust, intuitive website is yet another way for us to deliver informative, useful content to our customers.”
