Evonik Industries will showcase its innovative products and solutions at the American Coatings Show (ACS), booth # 2728, April 12-14, in Indianapolis (Indiana, USA). As a creative development partner for the coatings industry, the company’s team of experts will share insights on industry trends and present innovative coatings products that provide solutions for surface modification, interface control and functional polymer design.

The company’s appearance at the American Coatings Show – which is the leading North American Coatings industry exhibition and conference – underscores its commitment to the paints and coatings markets. During the show, Evonik experts will offer five product and technology presentations in order to give a large number of customers and prospects first-hand information about their range of products.
The presentations during the ACS will focus on the following innovative products and technologies:
– SILIKOTOP® New Binders for High Solids Protective Coatings
– SPUR technology for ambient cure polyurethane coatings
– Novel Matting Agents For Low VOC Coatings
– Dynasylan® silanes for acrylic polymer modification

To support its position in the coatings market, a new website was designed which focuses on Evonik’s core competencies, feature markets, solutions, brands, and products. In addition to all of this information, the webpage also includes a Contact Finder, a tool that allows users to find the right contacts for questions related to technology and sales. Besides the new website, Evonik also offers an extensive amount of similarly focused information in a multifunctional, interactive software application for mobile devices: the Evonik Coatings & Adhesives App. This App provides a wide variety of applications by feature market—all presented with engaging text and videos. Users can download brochures and technical literature as well. The App also announces tradeshows and events, and enables users to transfer the dates directly to their calendars. One practical feature includes having all this information available offline on the smartphone. Updates occur regularly when the App is opened and internet is available.
The new App is now available for download from evonik.com/coatings-adhesives-app and in the AppStores for iOS, Android and Blackberry 10.
