Flint Group Flexographic Products has invited distributors from all over the world to a symposium, which will take place on May 2, 2012 in Stuttgart. Informative lectures on market challenges, new trends and technologies, as well as product news and developments, will be presented to the attendees. Well-known speakers from the printing industry will be participating in the conference.
The meeting will be concluded in the company’s demo centre with a presentation of the latest generation of equipment. For the first time since market introduction, the nyloflex® NExT Exposure FV will be shown in action to a wide audience. The innovative UV exposure technology nyloflex® NExT enables an easy and sharp reproduction of finest elements, screens, text and fine line work onto flexo printing plates. By this surface texturing, the ink transfer can be significantly improved in the printing process; thus the printing quality is considerably enhanced.
A special focus of the event is on automation. The nyloflex® Automated Plate Processor (APP) will be presented, demonstrating a high level of standardisation and efficient automation, which helps to improve plate and print quality. The high performance processing line has a capacity of up to 120 plates (320m²) per day.
Finally, Flint Group will demonstrate the nyloflex® In-The-Round technology with the time saving nyloflex® ITR Exposure for parallel exposure of two ITR sleeves and the highly productive nyloflex® ITR Processor, where up to 120 sleeves can be processed per day.
