Micro Powders appoints Rich Czarnecki as Vice President

Micro Powders, Inc has announced that Rich Czarnecki has been appointed Vice President. He previously served as MPI’s Director of Business & Technology Development and began his career with MPI as Technical Director in 2011.

In his new role, Czarnecki will continue to lead the Technology and Business Development functions for the company. Additionally, he will be working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams to improve the alignment of operations, facilitate co-ordination and communication, and develop strategic initiatives for continuous business improvement and growth.

Czarnecki earned a master’s degree in engineering science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Rutgers University. He began his career in the speciality chemicals industry in 1983 and held a number of leadership roles in technical services, product development, regulatory affairs, and technology before joining MPI.
