Nuplex strengthens its Bayhydrol E polyester dispersions range

Nuplex Industries announced, it had agreed to acquire Bayer MaterialScience’s Bayhydrol E polyester dispersions product range. Effective from October 1, Bayhydrol E 155, E 270 and E 356 will change ownership.

"The Bayhydrol E products further expand Nuplex’s leading automotive and industrial coating resins product portfolio, which was already strengthened earlier in the year following the acquisition of Viverso and some other product lines from Bayer MaterialScience,” said Paul Kieffer, Regional President Nuplex, EMEA.
