Steve Houston:
Steve has been a business leader for more than 20 years. He has managed large sales organizations, technical support teams, research and development groups and has years of experience as a speaker and trainer for powder coatings. Steve was formerly Vice President of Sales and Expansion for TCI Powder Coatings and has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DuPont Powder Coatings, Americas as well as Marketing and Sales Excellence Leader for the Coatings and Color Technologies Platform. Steve’s last position with DuPont was Global Marketing Director for DuPont’s Industrial Coatings Division. Steve was the Executive Director for The Powder Coatings Institute and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Col-Met Spray Booths.
Sergio Mancini:
Sergio has a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers University. He spent his first 10 years as an R&D chemist developing pretreatment technologies for companies such as Amchem, Inc. (Now Henkel), Quaker Chemical, and Key Chemical. He transitioned to sales with D. A. Stuart Co. and was promoted to Product Manager and eventually Group Manager, Metalworking Division. For the last 13 years, he has been with Bulk Chemicals Inc. Reading, PA where he is currently Director of Sales and Industry Manager for the General Metals lines of products. He has a total of over 36 years’ experience in the metal finishing field.
Rodger Talbert:
Rodger is the Field Technical Director at TCI Powder Coatings. He has spent 37 years in the coatings market including working at a custom coater, designing systems for powder coating and teaching powder coating at the college level. He has written and presented numerous technical papers and was a contributor to PCI’s Powder Coating Handbook.
Greg Dawson:
Greg Dawson is the sales manager for Nordson Corporations Eastern United States Industrial Coating Systems Powder Division. Nordson, a charter member of PCI, is the North American market leader for powder application equipment and booths with major operations in 30+ countries around the world. Greg has been with Nordson in a finishing role for 25 years and has presented at numerous trade shows, industry and customer training seminars. He continues to serve the powder coating community by participating on multiple key committees for The Powder Coating Institute.
