Phoseon Technology, the leader in UV LED curing solutions, has announced the launch of the FireLine FL200 light source for curing inks directly printed on cylindrical objects.
The FL200 is a scalable, water-cooled, high performance light source with peak irradiance up to 20W/cm². Advanced features include angle reduction technology to reduce stray light, small form factor for space challenged environments and Ethernet capability for enhanced control and monitoring.
"Brand owners and machine builders have continually asked for a small, high powered curing solution allowing them to cure directly printed cylindrical objects, removing the need for labels and adhesives,” stated John North, VP of Worldwide Sales. "The FL200 is the industry’s first truly scalable water-cooled product to meet those requirements by offering focused optics that reduce stray light at the higher speeds demanded by bottle and tube manufacturers.”
