Tremco Group has acquired certain assets of Chemtron Manufacturing Ltd, a Calgary-based manufacturer of construction adhesives, sealants and tapes with annual net sales of approximately US$5M.
The business will work closely with the Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing Division (Tremco CS&W), due to synergies between the two businesses. In addition to its headquarters and 52,000ft2 manufacturing plant in Calgary, Alberta, the company also has a distribution facility in Edmonton, Alberta.
