Trimite Technologies Ltd has received the SC21 award. SC21 (21st Century Supply Chain) is a supply chain transformation programme designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace and defence industry in the UK.
A pre-requisite to dealing with the aerospace and defence industry in the UK nowadays is excellence in supply chain management.
Trimite Technologies Ltd, which is part of Trimite Global Coatings, manufactures pre-treatment products for several markets from its site in Hockley, Birmingham was awarded the prestigious SC21 bronze award in recognition of its efforts to develop world-class supply chain management.
Trimite Global Coating’s also has a Liquid & Powder Coatings Division in Uxbridge and a Liquid Coatings Division in Runcorn.

Launched at Farnborough in 2006, SC21 is designed to boost the competitiveness of the aerospace and defence industry by raising the performance of its supply chain. SC21 companies are committed to achieving common industry development and performance plans derived from a common diagnostic framework. These companies also commit to working with suppliers in order to implement common, shared improvement plans.
