While the annual ChinaCoat took place in Guangzhou on November 30, 2016, BEVS Industrial successfully released its Intelligent Robotic Testing and Inspection System in Langham Place. Participants included Ms Huangkai, President of Guangdong Coating Association; Mr Lv Shuilie, General Secretary of Guangdong Coating Association; Mr Xie Yufang, Director of Synthetic Materials Institute; Mr Tu Weiping, Professor of South China University of Technology; and distributors from Japan, Australia, America, Germany etc.

The emphasis of BEVS Intelligent Robotic Testing and Inspection System is new technologies and advanced ideas, such as remote control, sharing, mobile APP control and review. Moreover, it deducts the cost and increases effectiveness, wide application range, comprehensive testing, intelligent and digital design technology bringing a whole new advanced experience to its customers and is constantly improving in its development to revolutionise the instrument industry.
During the seminar, BEVS General Manager, Mr Jackie Zeng introduced the Intelligent Robotic Testing and Inspection System in detail in English and Chinese thru four aspects: components, features, function and application, helping participants to understand BEVS’s latest technology, which consists of a PC, intelligent robot, testing equipment and network communications.
The system supports mobile control (such as ISO system, Android system) and data review. With its powerful analysis software, it has already been applied to excellent R&D centres and in co-operation with domestic / foreign research institutions and universities. Moreover, the system is capable of manufacturing and quality control, for example the coating appearance inspection of 3C products and automotive shells, inspection of precision components, defect detection etc.
Mr Zeng also made an overview of the global coating market and analysed the relationship between the coatings industry and Germany’s ‘Industry 4.0’, showing the global coating market share and the state of the coatings market in China. He also showed how ‘Industry 4.0’ can improve profitability and highlighted the resulting effects on companies, nations and employment. Ms Huangkai, the President of the Guangdong Province Coating Association affirmed BEVS’s performance; she believed BEVS has the ability to become a world leader in its field!
