From March 12-14, Dubai will be hosting the 19th Middle East Coatings Show, where more than 150 exhibitors will be participating.
This year the demand for stand space has necessitated the increase in size of the event and an extra hall in the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, has been added to accommodate the space required to promote major companies’ services and products. On show this year suppliers will be highlighting their raw materials, process plant and test equipment.
MECS 2012 remains the only dedicated coatings event in the Middle East and Gulf region for raw material suppliers and equipment manufacturers. Companies taking part include AkzoNobel, BASF, Bayer MaterialScience, Clariant, CPS Color, Cristal Global, Datacolor, Dow Chemical, Graco, Heubach, Hoffmann Mineral, Additec, Netzsch, Obegi Chemicals, Omnova Solutions, Omya, Perstorp, Resitan, Senlikoglu, Shepherd Color, Synthomer, VMA – Getzmann, Wacker, Young’s Corporation and Zanelli, to name just a few.
During MECS 2012 there will be Business Presentations over the first two days with exhibitors presenting their products and technology to visitors. These Presentations are free of charge to everyone attending MECS 2012. This year due to the high demand from companies wishing to participate in the presentations, both days will have 14 high profile companies speaking.
